How an order flows through this tool
- 1. The customer already described the problem on the website/app — no customer details are re-entered here. The trouble-shooter opens the ticket with just the Order ID and confirms the device condition; the Order Manager on that order is who they contact for anything further.
- 2. They select the Problem → Symptom, mirroring what the customer picked on the website.
- 3. The tool asks a short guided sequence of checks and branches based on what’s found. Every step is marked and timestamped the moment it’s answered.
- 4. At the end it produces one Diagnosis Report: root cause, recommended fix, and a full step-by-step timeline — usable as the job card, a condition record, and a speed/responsibility record.
